Trade Mark Usage Guidelines

Important notice regarding the usage of the KnowledgeTree trade mark.

The rights confered in this notice apply only to registered Partner Companies.

License Grant
KnowledgeTree Inc. (KT) grants to Licensee a nontransferable, non-exclusive license to use the KnowledgeTree logo solely in connection with the marketing of the KnowledgeTree products.

Logo Use
Licensee acknowledges that KT is the owner of the KnowledgeTree™ logo and agrees it will do nothing inconsistent with such ownership. Licensee agrees further to comply with the logo usage guidelines, which are subject to change from time to time, Licensee further agrees to place the KnowledgeTree logo on any and all products, licensed software and documentation and provide a notice specifying KT as the owner of the KnowledgeTree logo (e.g. "The KnowledgeTree logo is a trademark or registered trademark of KnowledgeTree Inc.")

Quality Assurance
Licensee will ensure that the quality of all products released with the KnowledgeTree logo meet the prevailing quality standards within the industry at the time and as prescribed from KT from time to time. KT shall have the right to inspect any product at reasonable times and places. If in the judgment of KT the quality is inferior or endangers the goodwill and reputation of KnowledgeTree, KT may require Licensee to immediately cease using the KnowledgeTree logo.

Marketing
Licensee agrees to obtain KnowledgeTree Inc.'s pre-approval for all marketing collateral and other materials containing the KnowledgeTree logo, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Usage Guidelines
Font: Swiss Condensed Bold, Swiss Condensed Medium
Legibility: The words incorporated in the mark must always be legible regardless of the printing process used.
Colour: Dark Grey: RGB 70:77:77, Orange: RGB 247:146:27
Clear Space: It is important that the logo has a clear space of 4mm around it on all sides. This maintains the integrity of the logo and avoids congestion and illegality.
