Software Licensing Agreements

Different software licenses will apply to your use of the KnowledgeTree software depending upon which edition of the KnowledgeTree software you utilize.

KnowledgeTree Open Source Edition 3.5 and later is licensed to you under the Free Software Foundation's GNU General Public License version 3.0. Please see the licensing FAQ for more information.
KnowledgeTree Open Source Edition versions 3.1 to 3.4 are licensed to you under the KnowledgeTree Public License. Further information on how the license may affect your use of the software may be found in the KnowledgeTree Public License FAQ
KnowledgeTree SMB, Enterprise, Basic, Plus and Premium Editions are licensed to you under the KnowledgeTree On-premise Commercial End-User License Agreement Version 2.2 and KnowledgeTree Commercial Editions End-User License Agreement.
The KnowledgeTree Web Service Client Application Programming Interface is licensed to you under the KnowledgeTree Web Service Client Application Programming Interface License, a New BSD license.
