What are the KnowledgeTree Partner Programme Tiers and Benefits?
The KnowledgeTree Partner Programme is comprised of two partnership levels: Small Business and Premium Partners. Amongst other benefits, Small Business and Premium Partners have the opportunity to earn a reseller margin on the sale of KnowledgeTree products to their customers.

What Reseller Margins are applicable to Premium and SMB Partnerships?
The Small Business and Premium tiers cater for companies that intend on actively engaging in the sale of KnowledgeTree commercial editions by providing a reseller margin, access to software and numerous marketing opportunities.
The reseller margins for the Small Business and Premium tiers are described below:
- Margins increase with a partner’s annual turn-over, with any revenues falling into a band attracting the band’s margin;
- A partner makes a reseller margin on all sales, including re-subscriptions;
- At the start of a new calendar year partners will only drop one band from the maximum achieved in the previous year.
